Fire Safety Reviews (ACT)

Avantgarde Fire Consultants are able to conduct Fire Safety Reviews in compliance with the requirements of the Unit Titles (Management) Act (UT(M)A) 2011. Recent changes to the UT(M)A 2011 requires that an annual Fire Safety Review is conducted and included under section 41 of the UT(M)A 2011.

The purpose of the review is to assist the Owners Cooperation in ensuring that there are no offences related to the site legislated under Division 5.4.2 of the Emergencies Act 2004 (ACT).

 

We provide a comprehensive Fire Safety Review report based on a site inspection. This will ensure your continued compliance with your obligations under the UT(M)A 2011.
